Our experienced staff is especially interested in making all our young patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our staff is trained and skilled, and has over 100 years of combined experience in pediatric dentistry. Each member of our treatment team is a registered assistant, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the latest in technological advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

Twana Davis serves as the Bartlett Clinical Manager and coordinator between the front office and the back office. She has been a dental assistant for 17 years, and is a CDA, RDA, and has her certifications in CPR, coronal polishing, dental radiology, and nitrous oxide monitoring in addition to being on staff at LeBonheur in order to assist our dentists with dental surgery there. Twana and her husband Bobby are parents to Matt (now deceased) and Jennifer (Pediatric Dentistry's Bartlett Office hygienist). Additionally, Twana sings in her church's choir, participates in the Faithwalk discipleship outreach ministry, and loves on her three precious grandchildren.

Mary Helen Fairley has been on staff with Pediatric Dentistry since February of 2006. In addition to serving as the resident expert organizer and decorator, she oversees payroll and accounts payable. Mary Helen enjoys camping and attending church and sporting events with her husband, Max, and their three sons Lincoln, Steed, and Paul. She also manages to occasionally find time to pursue her other favorite pastimes: sewing and reading.

Michelle Gorman brings 22 years of dental experience to Bartlett's front office, where she primarily serves as the walkout coordinator. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys Ole Miss football, and she spends as much time as possible with her husband, Phil, and children Jennifer, Jessica, and Kennedy. She also loves being grandmother to Eva Grace.

Ashley Greer has served Pediatric Dentistry since May of 2006 as an assistant to the hygienist at the Bartlett Office and the Fayette County Office. She has achieved her RDA and holds a certificate for dental radiology. In her spare time, Ashley loves shopping, movies, reading, going to the lake, watching any type of sport, and spending time with her family—especially her little brother. Ashley is a people person who loves laughing, making others laugh, and working with children.

Jennifer Howard is the Bartlett office hygienist, where she maintains and cares for the oral health of the patients and educates them on how to properly care for their teeth. She has 17 years of dental experience, and has her BS degree with a concentration in dental hygiene, and is an RDH (Registered Dental Hygienist) with the state of Tennessee. Her family consists of husband, Joe, and their three children: Davis, Caroline, and Mary Claire (Twana Davis's grandchildren). Jennifer's primary activity outside of work is keeping up with her 3 kids. She also makes time for scrapbooking, reading, singing in her church choir, and spending time with friends.

Cindy Longmire is Pediatric Dentistry's Bartlett Office Manager. She supervises accounts receivable and insurance. Cindy's favorite pastimes include watching movies, baking delicious desserts—particularly cookies—and going to the lake with her husband, Terry, and their daughter, Alexandria.

Kristi Olivette has been with our practice for 18 years. She is a CDA and RDA, and is licensed in CPR, coronal polishing, radiology, and nitrous oxide monitoring. Kristi is on staff at LeBonheur to assist our dentists with dental surgery there. She and her husband, Alex, have two sons, Jake and Luke. They enjoy tailgating, Tiger football, and watching the boys play t-ball. In her downtime, Kristi relaxes by reading.

Peggy Surrette is a CDA who currently serves as Bartlett's front desk receptionist. She is also licensed in radiology and CPR. Peggy has an adult son, Michael. Peggy enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to church, NASCAR, music, and outdoor sporting events—particularly at the park or beach.

Julie Taylor has been a part of Pediatric Dentistry since June 2006, and she is a CDA and RDA certified in nitrous oxide monitoring, radiology, CPR, and coronal polishing. Julie and her husband, Daniel, aer expecting their first child - a baby girl - in October! She attends First Baptist Church in Millington where she teaches youth Sunday School and is a leader in the Girls' Ministry. When she is not at work, Julie delights in shopping, scrapbooking, swimming, vacationing, and hanging out with her family.

Sandra Donathan brings 15 years of dental experience to her position as Fayette Office Manager and hospital case coordinator. She enjoys traveling with her husband, Keith, as well as snow skiing and gardening. They have three adult daughters and a new son-in-law. Sandra loves Bible study, church activities, women's ministries, and caring for the staff and patients at the Fayette Office.

Jamie McCulley is a CDA and RDA who has been with Pediatric Dentistry since May 2008. She is also certified in radiology and CPR. Jamie has a husband, Mike, and children Phillip, Christian, Logan, Caleb, and Jacob. Jamie's hobbies include spending time with her family, reading, and crafts.

Christie Neuenschwander serves as the Fayette Clinical Manager. She is a CDA and RDA, and her certifications include CPR, nitrous oxide monitoring, radiology, and coronal polishing. Christie has a husband, Terry, and a son, Tyler, and she enjoys Bible study, reading, and traveling.

Brandy Treadway is a CDA certified in CPR who is currently working as the Fayette front office receptionist. She loves spending time with her husband, Kevin, as well as going to church, singing, and shopping.

Tracey Walker serves as the Fayette Office hygienist where she maintains and cares for the oral health of the patients and educates them on how to properly care for their teeth. She has 11 years of dental experience, and she is certified in CPR and certified to monitor nitrous oxide in addition to being an RDH (Registered Dental Hygienist) with the state of Tennessee and holding her BS degree. Tracey and her husband, Mike, have one son. In her spare time, Tracey loves to spend time with her family and relax at the lake with a good book.

Jennifer Williams is a CDA and RDA certified in coronal polishing, nitrous oxide monitoring, and radiology. She is also on staff at LeBonheur to assist the doctors with their cases there. Jennifer has a husband, Brett, and four children: Kelsey, MacKenzie, Brooke, and Slade. Her favorite pastimes include spending time with her family, shopping, and reading.
