Our Mission

Our mission at Pediatric Dentistry is to promote the overall dental health of your child by creating a positive dental home. We desire for your child to receive the best possible dental care while also enjoying a memorable dental experience. We love treating children, and we hope that our doctors, staff, and office setting lay the foundation for a lifetime of positive dental experiences. That's why we always strive to be “where your smile shines!”

Appointments

When scheduling appointments, we attempt to accommodate our patients whenever possible. We have found that children with extensive work to be performed and/or preschool children typically do better earlier in the morning when they are well rested. We always want our patients to have the most positive visit possible! Some appointments may require that your child miss some school; however, with continued care these during school appointments can be kept to a minimum.

We request at least 24-hours notice if you will be unable to keep your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes cause you to miss an appointment, but we ask for your help in this matter as a courtesy to all our patients. Continued broken appointments may result in an additional fee.

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary greatly, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee benefits due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated portion due must be paid at the time services are rendered. As a service to you, we will file your insurance on your child's behalf. Please remember that we file your insurance and obtain your estimated benefits as a courtesy to you. If for any reason your insurance fails to pay as expected, you will be responsible for the remaining balance. Please refer to our “Dental Benefits Agreement” under the “Forms” link for further information. As always, a friendly staff member is available to answer any questions you may have.
